Tim Holcomb, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Holcomb is an Iowa native, born and raised in Altoona, IA and graduate of Southeast Polk High School. From there, he graduated Cum Laude from Luther College followed by his medical education at Des Moines University graduating 2nd in his class. He completed his three-year residency in Foot and Ankle Surgery in the Des Moines area. He takes pride in acquiring his entire education and surgical training in the state of Iowa. From that point he began practicing in the Des Moines Area for his first two years of practice, transitioning to a rural practice at Greene County Hospital and serving the surrounding community for the past 6 years. He is excited to be returning to serve his home community, which served him in his youth.
Dr Holcomb is passionate about restoring foot and ankle health and mobility for people of all ages in order to reach goals personalized to each individual. He pursues this on a platform of honesty and commitment to building mutual trust with every client who comes through our front door.
He is a past Co-Director of the Central Iowa Podiatry residency program and currently serves on the Iowa Podiatric Medical Society Board. He is Board Certified with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow in the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Outside of his medical practice he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 daughters, triathlon training, playing guitar, and woodworking.

Chelsey Holcomb, PA-C
During her years of practice as a PA, Chelsey has gained experience working in various medical specialties including cardiology, orthopedics, radiology, and emergency medicine. As clinical director and office assistant, she is excited to provide her expertise joining Dr. Holcomb in his vision to provide accessible, state-of-the-art, cost-effective, and personalized foot and ankle care to those of Altoona and surrounding areas.
In her spare time, Chelsey enjoys staying active with running, road biking, swimming and hiking, especially alongside her husband and three active young daughters. Chelsey enjoys caring for others and is passionate about helping people of all ages attain their health and functional goals.

Debby Sonner, CMA, RT(R)
Debby has over 30 years of experience in podiatry. She has expertise in all areas of the medical practice including radiology, billing, scheduling, and assisting in clinic and in surgery. She truly enjoys working with patients. In her free time she enjoys working on her farm with her husband, Don, and caring for her horses.
